Yep, it's true, Miss Winee has added Therapy Dog International to her list of accomplishments!
Of course its really hard to say that it is an accomplishment when it comes naturally. Winee is one of those special dogs that intuitively knows when to 'be there' for those in need. She actually does a great job playing therapist to other dogs too! She has helped Sundance, now 12 1/2, learn to relax at the Vets office. Something he has been unable to do since losing his big brother Mohawk in 2002. Because of Winee he now can enter the Vets office without fear and having food readily available! He now greets all the staff with a happy "hi, where's the cookie?" , instead of "Woof Woof Woof, get away from me!"
Winee is such an amazing young girl. Just one look at that face tells her story!
